Physiotherapist led Pilates classes

I am a certified APPI Pilates instructor and therefore teach Clinical Pilates. The APPI have modified the 34 mat work exercises originally devised by Joseph Pilates, creating a more progressive approach to core stability training.

All participants are expected to attend a Pre-Pilates assessment.  At the assessment you health background will be documented and your reasons for attending pilates discussed. A posture analysis will then be completed and you will be taught the 5 key principals to the APPI Pilates method. This will ensure you get the most out of your Pilates practice. To allow your to practice at home if you wish the core basic exercises will be emailed to you.
