Delinda Goddard-Lane

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapist MCSP, HPCP, POGP

I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2007 and have worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist for the last 9 years within the NHS.

I have always had an interest in treating lumbar spine and pelvic conditions and furthered my treatment options by completing my APPI Pilates certification. I now incorporate pilates into my treatment techniques as well as teaching stand alone classes for the general population and a specific Baby friendly post natal class.

Following having my children I had a number of complications and became very aware of the limited education and services available to pregnant and post natal women. As a result I did further training to specialise in Women’s Health. I therefore treat general lumbar spine pain,as well as continence issues, gynaecological condition’s, pregnancy related pain and post natal conditions such as Diastasis Rectus (abdomial seperation)

Treatment can include manual therapy, soft tissue and myofascial release, kinesiology taping, exercise prescription, clinical pilates and acupuncture.
